Broken Diamond Flatweave Kilim, Undyed Natural Greys
A flatwoven kilim in undyed grey and walnut wool, woven on a narrow upright loom.
Woven in a Nepali workshop that works almost entirely with undyed fleece. The greys come from three different sheep breeds, so the colour shifts gently across the field instead of sitting flat. The broken-diamond motif is a simplified version of a pattern we have been redrawing with weavers over the past two seasons, and the proportions sit well in long, narrow rooms.

Because there is no pile, the kilim sits low under doors and rolls up easily for storage. We suggest a thin underlay to keep the weave from shifting on polished floors.
Custom sizing is quoted from floor plans, and loom time is confirmed in weeks once the wool batch is set.
